  2. The fleet in the Ionian can retreat to Athens, Sparta, or the Adriatic.

    Carthage loses a SC (Alexandria); but it lost a unit in the spring and doesn't need to remove anything.

    Rome and Greece are unchanged.

    Egypt loses its last SC and finishes in 5th place.

    Persia gains two SCs (Alexandria and Crete) and, since it lost a unit in the spring, has three builds.

    I propose that Greece's retreat and Persia's builds be posted as comments to this map later tonight.
